Arizona Captive Boards, LLC is owned by J. Michael (Mike) Low and Jamie S. Low. Mike is a former Director of Insurance for the State of Arizona and has been a member in good standing of the Arizona State Bar for 50 years. He was one of the lead counsel involved in drafting the original captive bill and lobbying the Arizona Legislature to adopt a captive insurance law in 2001. Mike currently sits on the boards of over 30 captive insurers as their Arizona Resident Director.  Jamie, also sits on the board of a major captive insurer as an Arizona Resident Director and has a lengthy tenure in the insurance industry as an underwriting manager for a large insurer, as well as an owner and producer of an Arizona insurance agency. They provide knowledgeable and professional assistance as Arizona Resident Directors for captive insurers domiciled in Arizona.
